Pet Day

It was Kindergarten Pet Day again, and I have to say I am getting wiser in my old age. I don't know if any of you remember last year's Pet Day? If you don't, click here. It is worth reading. Anything associated with dog urine, a Mother's foot and Kindergarten makes for a good laugh! This year went a lot smoother to say the least.

Preston decided (with a little coaxing) to take his fish that live at the farm in the cows water troth. (Perfect pet by the way, no feeding, cleaning, or changing water. Just go visit them whenever you remember they are alive!) I call the fish at the farm a mom's best friend. Anyway, Gavin took Preston down and caught the fish before school, I put them in a container (with help from Grandpa) and ran them up to the school. They sat quietly on the picnic table while we waited for our turn. Preston showed his class, I took a picture, and bam we were done! I then took the nice fish back to the farm where they live happily ever after. It was a good day for Preston and MOM this year. Whoo hoo! :)
