Summer is here and in full swing! The weather has been BEAUTIFUL these last few weeks. 80-90 degree weather, makes it hard to believe that is is June 20th! Isn't it great?! I love summer and all that goes along with it.

Fresh fruits and veggies, Addie loves all kinds. We all ate our first ear of corn for lunch today, Gavin picked it this morning. DeLiSH!
Late nights with lots of laughing.
Flip flops and silky shorts.
Swimming lessons' (picture to come) and lots of loads of towels. (I would wash towels over all those winter socks any day!)
Shaved Ice.
B.L.A.T.'s: Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado and Tomato sandwiches. My new favorite sandwich, can't wait for homegrown tomato's it will makes these babies twice as nice!

Just kidding, it has been a great "spring" but those 100 days are here...
Oh my...can I have a B.L.A.T. right now???? That looks delicious!!! That really does show that summer is here!! There is nothing like a BATER in the summer!! (BATER...Bacon Mater...without the lettuce...that's what we have around here.) I love the avacado idea! Everything is better with a little avacado!
